Where do you pick up?

How do I schedule?
Choose a day and a 2-hour pickup window, tell us how you like your laundry, and review the estimate. Pickups run 7 days a week.
How fast is it?
Your laundry comes back the same day it is picked up, washed, dried and folded.
Do I need to sort anything?
No. Put everything in one bag. Your Runner separates lights and darks at the laundromat.
How do you know the weight?
Your Runner weighs the bag at pickup and sends you a photo of the scale before anything is washed.
Can I give special instructions?
Yes: air dry, hang dry, detergent, water temperature, dryer heat and how to fold. Add anything else in the notes.
What detergent do you use?
Free & clear (unscented, hypoallergenic) by default. You can choose a classic scent or leave your own detergent with the bag.
What if I'm not home?
Leave the bag at the door. At delivery we can leave it there too and send a photo, or hand it over with a 4-digit code.
What does it cost?
A price per pound, based on the real weight at pickup, plus a service fee. Launch prices are coming; the ones on this page are samples.
How do I pay?
Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. We place a hold for the estimate and charge the real amount after weighing.
